Times & Registration
The conference begins on the evening of Monday 30th January and finishes after the evening session on Thursday 2nd February. You are welcome to come and collect your delegate pack from 6.00pm onwards with the first session starting at 8.00pm
You will need to book your own accommodation for the conference. You can access special hotel rates on our hotels page.
Breakfast and Evening Meals
Although meals will not be provided, there is a large selection of restaurants and cafés within a short drive, and a few within walking distance. Please visit our eating page.
Cafés will be open at various times during the day, selling drinks and snacks. Sandwiches and other food will be available for purchase at lunchtimes. If you intend to buy lunch onsite on the first day (Tuesday), please notify us on the booking forms as it would be helpful in our planning.
There will be main sessions in both the morning and the evening, with Bible teaching each morning too. A large selection of topics and ministry areas will be discussed in seminars and forums throughout the week. The fully licensed bar will be open in the evening with a variety of AfterHours events. You will receive a full programme at registration.
We will be running a children’s programme throughout the week for children up to and including four years of age. This is limited to children of delegates who book for the entire conference. The programme will run during the morning sessions and your choice of one of the two afternoon sessions. Spaces are available on a first come first served basis and bookings close on Wednesday 11th January. The conference does not accommodate children aged 5 or over.
We are operating a bursary scheme for delegates unable to attend due to financial constraints. Where your Senior Pastor agrees, a contribution will be made by your local church and by the movement. This scheme has a limited number of bursaries which will be allocated on a first come first served basis. Please download an application form, and then submit it to us via your Senior Pastor.
If you cancel before Monday 16th January we will refund 80% of the fee. However, we regret no refunds can be made after that date.
We cannot accept liability for cancellation of this event caused by circumstances beyond our control.
